It is a private room. The rent is 271 euros, and the good thing is everything is included in the price. As extra i would only ask you for a one-time caution of 150 euros, which of course i would give you back when you move out.
It is also possible to rent the room for a certain amount of days/weeks in the meantime. So the time period is not strict.
You don't need to about cleanliness. Everything will be clean and in order before you move in.
A grass area right in the garden :) So you step out and you are on that area.
Besides there are two bus stops really close to the room, one is 2 minutes and the other is 5 minutes away by walking. Both are going to the center and to the university.
I am sharing a shower and a kitchen with two roommates. Toilet and shower are in the same bathroom but i am the only one using the toilet. The other two people also share one other toilet. So this room has an advantage.
Except for that there is a fridge with a freezer and a microwave.
I can also give the room for shorter periods, it is open for discussion. It doesn't have to start on 30th of September either, you can also move in later, according to that we will talk about first month's payment.
