Australian moving to Germany. To learn to speak German and study!

Hallo - Guten tag mein freund. Mein name ist Michael und ich komme aus Australien. Mein deutsch ist nicht so gut aber ich lerne. But I speak fluent English which is great as I know most people in Germany do also... some even better than me haha.

So basically I backpacked Europe in 2012 & 2013. I visited 318 places across 38 countries. I spent a lot of time in Germany which was surprising as before I left Australia I did not even think I would like Germany. I was so wrong, it was my favourite country. The people were great, the culture/history was interesting and I loved the language.

I got back to Australia and slipped back into my "normal" lifestyle and I thought I want to head back to Europe and live in Germany. I have learnt a bit of German as I have so many German friends now. I picked up a lot at Rock AM Ring as all the Germans were teaching me silly words, some to girls and the reactions were obviously funny haha. I will be studying the Master of Business Administration course via correspondence from a University in Australia. I figured while I study this course, I might as well move to another country :)

My hobbies include drinking with friends, making new friends, travelling (have been to 54 countries), riding motorbikes and fitness (playing sport, gym etc).

My ideal house will have both girls and guys. I would like all or at least most to speak German as their first language so they can speak German at home to help me learn quicker. I would also like a place that is reasonably quiet when it needs to be so I can study (so maybe if everyone is a student that would be perfect). I will not be having parties, but I would like my room mates to be cool enough that if I decided to bring people over, it wouldn't be a massive problem. Private room, preferably with a bed, desk and wardrobe already inside.

My plan is to move to Passau to start with. I will commit to 4 months to start with as I do not know where I will end up after that, I might stay. I am looking to rent a place from around 27 April 2015 to about 31 August 2015 (for now). I will be able to pay the four months in advanced if required.
