Looking for a suitable student accommodation Studentenwohnheime

Hi Reader,

I am a new student at the University of Passau, in AIE program. I am looking for a lightly furnished room in Passau, starting from December this year.

Following are the things I require:
- Clean room
- 1 x Bed, Cupboard, Table, Chair
- Access to Internet, Kitchen and a Bathroom
- Closer to the university or to an accessible bus stop that can take me to the university
- All inclusive with warm rent at 320 Euros

Something about me:
I am 26 years old, take my responsibilities and house rules very seriously and try my best to abide by them. I believe in cleanliness, hence it is amongst my utmost priorities to keep the place I live in as decent as it can be. As a person I very quickly adapt to socialisation as well as know when to give others space. I would definitely clarify any of your queries further if you have any questions.
