I'm a student at the University of Potsdam (male, age 22). I am looking for a shared or 1 room appartment preferably near the University from April 1st 2023.

I am a student at the University of Potsdam (from the upcoming Summer semester 2023). I am in search of a 1 room or shared appartment with bathroom and kitchen area ( or kitchenette) near the University campus. Rooms that are away from the University is also appreciated as long as it is accessible through public transport. Rent (including bills) of around 550 € or less depending on the size of the room (small ones preferred).

Other options such as flatshares are also acceptable although not preferred.
I am very good at English and I am also in the process of learning German before coming to Potsdam.

I am a cheerful and calm person who is looking to familiarise with the place. I am capable of cooking myself and will also make sure to keep the room clean.
