Student at University of Potsdam/HPI looking for a long term shared accommodation

Hallo, wie geht's?

I am Ashish, from India. I am 22 years old and will be flying to Germany on 6th of October. I am a Student and will be joining the Hasso Plattner Institute for MSc in Software Systems Engineering this winter semester 2022. I am looking for an accommodation since few weeks now and this place looks perfect as per my needs as well as the desired location!

I come from a colorful place - India and our culture is based on respect and hospitality. I have deep respect for elders and love to connect with people from all walks of life. As a tenant, I am a quite hygienic and tidy person with a perfectionist personality. I am a non-vegetarian but of course I won't cook so if it isn't allowed. I don't smoke neither I have any pets. And yes, I respect privacy a lot.

At the same time, I am a person who loves to play sports including Football, Basketball, Volleyball - you name it. I love going for walks and sometimes attending music concerts or gaming events. I am a talkative person with a helpful nature. I speak fluent English while my Deutsch isn't as good but I can communicate in chunks.

So in a nutshell, I would be flattered if you can allow me to be a part of this place. I just needed to check if Anmeldung is possible, as I will have to need anmeldung for all the formal procedures of extending my VISA, opening a bank account and so on - you know the hassle.
