Ich heiße Kingston Teffy Roy Deivapathinathan und bin Student an der GISMA Business School Potsdam, eingeschrieben für das Programm MSc Data Science AI and Digital Business. Ich stamme aus einer tamilisch sprechenden römisch-katholischen Familie aus dem südlichen Teil Indiens.
Ich habe die Anzeige Ihrer schönen Wohnung gefunden und bin daran interessiert, Ihre Wohnung zu mieten.

Wenn es um Hygiene Faktor kommt, ich priorisieren Sauberkeit zuerst und ich bin stolz zu sagen, dass, ich bin eine gut organisierte Person (beigefügt ist das Bild von meinem Schreibtisch zurück in meinem Haus). Wenn Ihre Wohnung ist mit Anmeldung (Registrierung) wird ein zusätzlicher Vorteil für mich als Student in mehrfacher Hinsicht sein.
