Student Room (or room share) convenient to Hochschule Reutlingen required

My son is urgently seeking accommodation for the forthcoming academic year while studying at the Hochschule Reutlingen on an ERASMUS scholarship.He arrives in Reutlingen on September 26 and will study there until July 2017. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication, the accommodation that we thought had been arranged is no longer available, and is now urgently seeking accommodation.

Preference would be for a single room, but would be prepared to share a twin room if that is the only option. Sharing bathroom and kitchen is also acceptable. He would like to be within walking distance or located near a bus route to Hochschule Reutlingen.

Our budget is negotiable but would like to stay below €250-€300 per month (inclusive of utilities etc.)
