I am renting a large room complete with all furnitures (double bed, big wardrobe with mirror, drawer) in an three - room apartment to share with me. The flat is big 70 mq and there are two big rooms, bathroom, lamber room and the kitchen with a lovely balcony full of plants. The entire house faces Caffarella's Park and is 8 minutes walking from the Metro A Station Furio Camillo. The neighbourhood is very peaceful, well connected with Metro and buses and full of shops, pubs, supermarkets, cinema etc. Furthermore, from the house is very easy to reach: San Giovanni, San Lorenzo, Colosseo, FAO.
I am 27 years old girl from Venice and I live in Rome from many years. I studied Philosophy and Communication and Social Sciences and now I am working in the communication and marketing office of a school of Fashion and Design. I love art, music, literature and journalism. I love animals also and, in fact, in a couple of months I will bring a little cat in the house.
I am looking for a girl or a young couple with my own interest, nice but quite people to chat with and have a beer together. I would prefer people around my age (let's say from 23 to 32 years old). It is ok smokers, animal lovers, erasmus student.
The room is available from the 1st February 2017 and costs 500 Euro (bills included except Internet) as single room or 600 Euro (bills included except Internet) as a double room for a couple. It is ok short period but at least 3 months. One month deposit.
