Die Lage ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr angenehm, da es in der Stadt selbst liegt. Du kannst die Straßenbahn nehmen, die etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt ist, Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Um dir eine Idee zu geben, mit der Straßenbahn, ist der Hauptbahnhof genau 6 Minuten entfernt. Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Penny sind alle etwa 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Location is quite comfortable in all ways since it is in the city itself. You can take tram from Uhlandstraße which is about 2 minutes walking distance from the house, bus stops are near as well. To give you an idea, taking the tram, the Hauptbahnhof is exactly 6 minutes away.
Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Penny are all about 5-7 mins away on foot.

Ab Juni werden insgesamt 2 Personen in dieser Wohnung leben, ich, ein UdS-Student und ein alter Mann, der die meiste Zeit nicht in der Wohnung lebt und nur einmal in der Woche zu Besuch kommt (normalerweise am Sonntag). Die dritte Person wirst du sein (hoffentlich)! Wir werden also hauptsächlich zu zweit in der Wohnung leben, wenn du dich entscheidest, das Zimmer zu mieten.
Wir suchen jemanden, der Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, unkompliziert ist und in einem gemeinsamen Raum leben kann.
In der Wohnung herrscht absolutes Rauchverbot und auch Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

We will be a total of 2 people living in this flat, me, a student in UdS and an old man who mostly doesn’t stay at the apartment and visits only once a week (on Sunday mostly). The third person will be you(hopefully)! So it will mainly be just two of us sharing the flat if you decide to rent the room.
We are looking for someone who gives importance to cleanliness, is easy-going and can live in a shared space.
Smoking is entirely forbidden inside the apartment and pets are also not allowed.
