Liebe Studis,
Du wirst also locker alles unterbringen.
März wäre das Zimmer also frei.
Tristan. Jana, Tamara und Kili
*************
Hey you, I (Tristan) am looking for a follow-up tenant for my cosy, unfurnished room in my flatshare. The flat is located in the basement of a single-family house (landlords live above) and offers an amazing view on the Gaisberg and the Fortress. You will be living with Jana (22, psychology student), Tamara (23, psychology student), and Kilian (22, PPÖ Student). You would share the bathroom and a separate toilet with Jana, while the others share their own bathroom. Your room has approximately 11 sqm but has a neat layout. Also, a big window illuminates the room nicely. Since the flat is located in the basement, it stays quite cool in the summer too.
I will most likely move out March 2nd. So the room would be available from March 3rd onwards.
Washing maschine, a storage compartment, and a bike shed are included as well. You won’t have to worry about that. 🤗 The flat’s highlight is arguably the living/dining room and the spacious terrace from which you can see the Gaisberg and the fortress. Our kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need: oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and about every product “Rocka” and "ESN have ever produced (sadly not sponsored *crying Jana and Tamara emoji*).
The flatshare is located in a quiet suburb of Salzburg (Nonntal). Nevertheless, the bus station (lines 5 and 22) is only a 6 minute walk away and brings you to the city centre, Unipark, or the NaWi (natural-scientific faculty). I prefer the bike which is especially useful in the mild spring and summer, getting me everywhere I need to be in 10-15 minutes. The Almkanal (a small, artificial and freaking cold creek) is only a couple of minutes away and so is the Hans-Donnenberg Park where you can play football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, and set up a slack line amongst others. Lastly, grocery shops, pharmacies, bakeries and small cafés are nearby.
Whether it’s a hot chocolate, coffee, or tee, catching up, deeptalking, or a once in a while pregaming, Tamara and Jana are in. I would describe the two of them as open, respectful and empathetic – (sometimes) they even laugh about my dad jokes – highly appreciated. And no worries, although they study psychology, you’re not treated as a client. To have a better picture: both get up relatively early (which may be relevant since your room is next to the living room/kitchen), go to the gym, bake and like to cook, work half-time … but they don’t game like I do unfortunately.
Our latest flatmate, Kili, is equally sympathetic. He is a very good good, goes to the gym just like the others, listens to several podcasts, is into movies, and wont say no to board games.
A couple of times a week we hang out in the living room just to chat and catch-up, but everybody respects the need to study/work and me-time. Besides that, planned WG events occur from time to time, but rather rarely.
.
Finally, if you could see yourself living with us, feel free to slide in ourWG-Gesucht DMs and please tell a bit about yourself (!)
We’re excited to hear from you soon.
Tristan, Jana, Tamara, and Kili.
