3er WG direkt am Volksgarten

Die Lage ist meiner Meinung nach echt perfekt. Man wohnt direkt am Volksgarten, und vom Küchenfenster aus sieht man die Salzach und im Winter (wenn die Bäume keine Blätter haben) sogar die Festung. Man wohnt bei dem Tennisverein und hat deshalb auch einen großen Parkplatz, wo es noch nie Probleme gab, einen Platz zu finden. Fahrradständer befinden sich direkt vor der Wohnungstür. Es ist eine Einzelwohnung, also hat man (außer dem Tennisverein und einem Restaurant) keine Nachbarn im Haus.
Die nächsten Bushaltestellen Volksgarten / Dr. Franz Rehrl Platz (Linien 6,7,10,12) sind fußläufig in 6 bzw. 8 Minuten erreichbar. Sonst geht man aber auch nur ca. 10 Minuten zum Justizgebäude. Man ist also super angebunden und kann fast überall in Salzburg direkt hin.
Zu den einzelnen Fakultäten hat man es auch nicht weit. Zur GesWi geht man ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß / 4 Minuten mit dem Rad. Zur NaWi braucht man 20 Minuten zu Fuß / 6 Minuten Rad und zum Unipark geht man 13 Minuten / fährt man 5 Minuten. Für Studierende ist die WG also auch super gelegen.
Im Volksgarten gibt es im Winter die Eishalle mit Schlittschuhlaufbahn, die Eishockeyarena, im Sommer ein Freibad und auch eine kleine Kletterwand.

The location in my opinion is perfect. We are located directly next to the Volksgarten. From the kitchen windows you can see the river and castle can be seen in the distance through the trees! We live next to the tennis club, and there’s for have a large parking lot, which always has space and we are allowed to use. There are bike racks right outside the main door as well. It is the only apartment in the building (besides the tennis club office and the restaurant) so there are no neighbors. Therefore at night it is extremely quiet and there are no neighbors who will come knocking if you are too loud!
The next bus stop is Volksgarten or Dr. Franz Rehrl Platz (Lines 6,7,10,12), and are reachable in about 6-8 minutes each. Otherwise there’s the Justizgebäude about 10 minutes away on he other side of the river. Through these stops you are connected to the entire city. University buildings are also relatively close by, with the GesWi is approx. 12 mins by foot / 4 mins with bike, NaWi approx. 20 mins by foot / 6 by bike, and UniPark approx. 13 mins by foot / 5 mins by bike. The WG is Perfect for students due to its location. In the volksgarten there is the hockey arena and ice skating, and in the summers the park is hope to people laying in the sun, playing volleyball, or walking their dogs. There’s also a small outdoor exercise area with a small bouldering wall, and a public pool less than a minute away.

Deine Mitbewohner sind Lana und Edith!

Lana (21) kommt aus NRW und ist Flugschülerin am Flughafen Salzburg und arbeitet nebenbei noch in einer Boulderhalle. Auch sie ist eine herrlich entspannte Mitbewohnerin, mit der man sich auch ganz gerne mal paar Stündchen verquatscht, wenn man eigentlich nur mal kurz in die Küche wollte. Zur Zeit ist sie relativ viel in der Flugschule, wenn sie aber da ist, kann man zum Beispiel gemeinsam Essen oder Filme schauen.

Edith (23) kommt aus Östereich, ist Stewardess, und auch Flugschülerin. Sie ist jettet beruflich meistens irgendwo durch die Weltgeschichte, aber wenn sie hier ist, ist sie immer offen zum quatschen oder spontane Aktionen.

Insgesamt ist es sehr entspannt, man verbringt Zeit zusammen, wenn man mag. Aber alles ganz nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss. Wir sind keine Party-WG, jedoch findet immer mal wieder ein kleiner Umtrunk mit paar Freunden statt, oder man lädt Freunde zum gemeinsamen Film schauen ein.

Your to-be flatmates are Edith and Lana!

Lana (21) comes from Germany NRW and is a flight student at the airport here in Salzburg. She works part-time in the boulder hall. She is a wonderful relaxed person, with who you can expect to have fascinating and long conversations with. At the time she is quite busy with school, but when around she is always asking what the next thing we can do as a group is!

Edith (23) is Austrian, a Stewardess, and training to become a pilot! She's extremely nice and welcoming, and wonderful to talk to. She is always down for spontaneous journeys or adventures. With her job, she often travels to different parts of the world, but when she's around she is an absolute joy.

Overall it’s a very relaxed and welcoming environment. We are no party-WG, but we do enjoy hosting birthdays and special events with friends and drinks. Often we will invite friends to cook and watch movies, or simply to hang out!

Da wir vor ca. 1 1/2 Jahren die WG neugegründet haben und wir dementsprechend hohe Anschaffungskosten, Provision usw. hatten und ich die teilweise weitergeben möchte, würde ich 1.000€ Ablöse verlangen. Das ist viel Geld, aber das kann man dann anteilig an die Nachmieter:innen weitergeben.
Es gibt außerdem noch ein Abstellraum im Dachboden über dem Restaurant, den wir benutzen dürfen.
Wir zahlen einen Fixpreis an Miete bei dem alle Nebenkosten automatisch mit drin sind, auch Internet ist im Mietpreis inbegriffen.

We founded the WG only a year an a half ago, and setting it up did cost a relatively large sum of money. This included the real estate agents commission, furniture, router, etc. we will use a pay it forward system. If you are offered the room and wish to accept, I request €1,000 to cover these fees. When you move out in the future you may request a similar amount from the next person moving in, and so on.
Additionally, there a large storage space in the restaurant which we have access to, to store anything which does not fit in the apartment. The rent is a fixed price (warm) and includes heating, electricity, water, and wifi.
