Hi! From the 1st of August I am moving in one of the rooms in a very cozy apartment located almost in the center of Salzburg, and looking for a neighbour for another room:)
The room is spacious with big windows. It is unfurnished, but the girls who are moving out will be selling some of their furniture:)
The apartment itself has 45m2, but it's very cozy and renovated. It has a storage room, bathroom with a toilet and a bathtub, kitchen fully furnished (even has a dishwasher!), bedroom (for renting), and the living room with a balcony (the room I'll be living in). The washing machine is shared and located in the basement. The apartment is on the first floor, the house has an elevator, a space for bikes and a garden. We also will be getting an additional storage space in the basement, which is also nice:)
The apartment is located very near to Salzburg center: Mirabell and WIFI. That means that any kind of transport is reachable by foot in minutes (or 10 minutes walk to Hbf)! The area has everything for a great living: grocery shops, coffee places, cafes, restaurants, banks and doctors... And you can also enjoy the river Salzach and old town, which are just in 15 minutes walk:)
Since I'm gonna be your only roommate, the rules can be established on the fly:) I, of course, don't mind spending time together and getting to know each other, but I would also respect your private space! This would be the first time for me living with a roommate I don't know, but I'm always excited to meet new people and yeah, I am very extraverted:)
There is an additional payment — the commission that we give to the broker, 1086 Euros, therefore 543 from each.
