Room with furniture for a reasonable price.

I am a 20 years old female college student. I am quiet, clean and respectful to others. I’m looking for a roommate like me.
The nationality doesn’t matter to me as long as it can speak English. I am Turkish so i can speak both Turkish and English fluently. I want someone near my age and preferably female. It would be great if she’s a university student too.
I am looking for a clean house. It doesn’t have to be big or new. But a clean bathroom is especially important for me. The most important thing is i am searching for somewhere with furniture. It has to have at least basic furnitures (like kitchen).

Last but not least, since i am a university student I can’t afford a place much expensive, so i am looking for somewhere with a maximum cost of 450€. But it would be better if it’s cheaper.
