Accommodation for 6 months which is having furnished

I am Srikar , I'm from India.I got the admit in Siegen University for mechatronics course . I'm looking for a shared flat which is near to the university of Siegen. I need the location was near to the public transport and also close to the shopping areas. I'm very adjustable and obedient towards my roommates. I need the gas , electricity , internet , heating system and furniture all inclusive in the bill. And the contract is only for 6 months or little bit more than that .Please inform me what are the basic items you provided which means the oven ,dish washer , and cloth washing Machine like that. And the room must have to be the heating system .This is what I'm seeing for . The main thing is it is near to the Siegen and also the room.has to be furnished which h meas please provide basic items .
