The building’s location at the west of St. Gallen is quiet and still close to many convenient stores, a post office and recreation areas. A “Migros” supermarket is right around the corner. Walking distance to the University of St. Gallen is less than 30 minutes. The next bus stop is across the street and, by changing once, takes you to the university in about 15 minutes.
The three-bedroom-apartment is located on the building’s fourth and highest floor (no elevator). The smallest room is the common room; the larger one will be occupied by a female lecturer from the University of St. Gallen. The largest room can be rented by September 1st at the earliest for a rate of 450 Swiss Fr. unfurnished or 490 Swiss Fr. furnished with bed, lamp, wardrobe, bookshelf and desk with chair (the pictures show the furniture of the current tenants and will be replaced).
