großes Zimmer in 4er WG, zentral 25 qm

Hallo neue Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner,

wir haben gute Nachrichten: ab Juli wird in unserer entspannten 4er WG ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 qm groß bietet dir drei Fenster, von denen du aber entspannt auf eine Dachfläche nach draußen gehen kannst, die wir auch als Balkon nutzen. Du hast also quasi mitten in der Innenstadt eine ca 50qm große Dachterrasse!

Es ist eins von 5 Zimmern in unserer zentral gelegenen Wohnung, die insgesamt rund 117 qm fasst. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock in einer Seitengasse der Fußgängerzone und hat neben Küche und Bad noch ein Gemeinschaftszimmer. Dein Fahrrad kannst du bequem im Fahrradkeller oder Innenhof abstellen. Durch die optimale Lage ist das Stadtzentrum in weniger als 2 Geh-Minuten erreicht und der kostenlose Großparkplatz Hagen ist auch nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Auch die Uni ist sehr schnell erreichbar - also kurzum: die perfekte Lage!

Da Simon leider nun nach 5 Jahren schweren Herzens in eine eigene Wohnung zwei Straßen weiter zieht, bietet sich die perfekte Chance für dich bei uns einzuziehen!
Falls du möchtest könntest du wahrscheinlich auch ein paar Möbel von Simon übernehmen, das kannst du mit ihm direkt klären und da finden wir sicher eine gemeinsame Lösung.

In unserer lebhaften WG erwarten dich Maike (25, Studentin), Sara (24, Studentin) und Matthi (27, Berufsschulreferendar). Wir sind eine freundliche und lustige Wohngemeinschaft und es herrscht eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Gerne unternehmen wir auch mal gemeinsam was, zB. kochen, sporteln oder feiern. Gerne trinken wir mal einen gemütlichen Kaffee gemeinsam, Lesen das ein oder andere Buch, Grillen gern oder sind zusammen kreativ. Für gemeinsame Lernsessions oder ausgedehnte Spaziergänge an der Donau sind wir auch immer zu haben.

Unsere Kennenlerngespräche sind online möglich, wir freuen uns aber natürlich auch über persönliche Besuche (wenn möglich).

Hello new flatmates,

We have good news: a room will be available in our relaxed 4-person shared flat from July. The room is approx. 25 square meters in size and has three windows, from which you can get to a roof area outside, which we also use as a balcony. So you have a roof terrace of about 50 square meters in the middle of the city center!

It is one of 5 rooms in our centrally located apartment, which has a total area of around 117 m². The apartment is on the second floor in a side street of the pedestrian zone and has a shared living room in addition to the kitchen and bathroom. You can easily park your bicycle in the bicycle cellar or inner courtyard. Thanks to its ideal location, the city center is less than a 2-minute walk away and the free large Hagen parking lot is also just a 5-minute walk away. The university can also be reached very quickly - in short: the perfect location!

As Simon is unfortunately moving into his own apartment two streets away after 5 years with a heavy heart, this is the perfect opportunity for you to move in with us!
If you want, you could probably also take over some of Simon's furniture, you can discuss this with him directly and we will certainly find a solution together.

Maike (25, student), Sara (24, student) and Matthi (27, trainee teacher) await you in our lively shared flat. We are a friendly and fun shared flat with a relaxed atmosphere. We also like to do things together, such as cooking, playing sports or partying. We like to have a coffee together, read a book or two, have a barbecue or be creative together. We're also always available for joint study sessions or long walks along the Danube.
