Hi there, I am looking for a friendly flatmate for my cosy flat near train station Strausberg close by Eggersdorf. I am an Indian engineer, working with PV-Planning, quiet and reserved. I love cooking such as spicy indish food. My mother tongue is Telugu, but I speak English fluently. It would be great to learn more German with you.
Hobby-wise, I am a film director and love films. I would be happy if we watch movies together in the living room from time to time. If you are an actress -- even better!

The flat is conveniently located, about 6 min walk to Strausberg train station and there are nearby shopping facilities such as Netto Marken-Discount store and a good Vietnamese restaurant ‘Hami’. Both are also within walking distance, I think about 3 minutes.

It's really very quiet here. This is especially noticeable on the balcony off the living room.

The room for rent is approx. 10 m² in size and costs €320 in total. The other room with approx. 14 m² is €410. We can agree together who will take which room.
From time to time, my former flatmate Arvid would also come over and stay in the living room and leave us a contribution in return.

As I prefer a calm and harmonious coexistence, I am looking for a flatmate who has a similar lifestyle. Whether you are working, studying or just looking for a new home - if you are friendly and respectful, I would love to meet you.

Hallo du, ich suche für meine gemütliche Wohnung in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Strausberg bei Eggersdorf eine sympathische Mitbewohnerin. Ich bin ein indischer Ingenieur, berufstätig in der PV-Planung, ruhig und zurückhaltend. Ich koche gerne, insbesondere scharfes indisches Essen. Meine Muttersprache ist Telugu, ich spreche aber fließend Englisch. Mehr Deutsch mit dir zu lernen, wäre spitze.
Hobbiemäßig bin ich Regisseur und liebe Filme. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir im Wohnzimmer gemeinsam ab und zu Flime schauen. Wenn du Schauspielerin bist -- um so besser!


Die Wohnung ist praktisch gelegen, etwa 6 min Fußweg bis zum Bahnhof Strausberg und es gibt nahegelegende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto-Markendiskount und einen gutes vietnamesisches Restaurant "Hami". Beides auch Fußläufig, ich denke so ca. 3 min.

Bei uns ist es wirklich sehr ruhig. Das ist insbesondere auf dem Balkon, vom Wohnzimmer aus abgeht, zu spüren.

Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 10 m² groß und kostet insgesamt 320 €. Das andere Zimmer mit ca. 14m² liegt bei 410 €. Wir können uns gemeinsam einigen wer, welches Zimmer nimmt.
Ab und zu würde auch mein emaliger Mitbewohner Arvid vorbeikommen und im Wohnzimmer unterkommen und uns dafür einen Obulus dalassen.

Da ich ein ruhiges und harmonisches Miteinander bevorzuge, suche ich eine Mitbewohnerin, die einen ähnlichen Lebensstil hat.
