Beautiful large room in the scenic neighbourhood of Bad Cannstatt. The room is furnished with a desk, a chair, a bed with drawers for storage, a mattrass, a mattrass protector, a large closet, a coat rack and curtains. The 14m2 makes the room feel incredibly spacious and the large windows allow for a lot of natural light, that can be blocked out with the wooden shutters.
The room is in a WG with 4 rooms, at the moment all the others are men. The spacious kitchen has everything you need with a large fridge, freezer, oven, stove, all necessary utensils, cutlery, tableware etc. There is a lot of storage space for everyone's food and special kitchen appliances like rice cookers or food processors. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, a good shower, a toilet and a sink.
In the basement there is a washing machine and a drying rack available. The wi-fi is fast and included in the price. The room will be free from the first of January, but if you would like to move in in December we can work something out.
The house is situated centrally in Bad Cannstatt in a location perfect for public transport! With a 3 minute walk you are at the U-Bahn station Gnesener Straße, from where you can take the U19 or the U2 straight into the city center. A 10 minute walk gets you to the S-Bahn from where you can be in the entire city in no time. The S-Bahn station of Bad Cannstatt is only 4 minutes away by U-Bahn.
The street itself is a nice and quiet one, but right next to the little bakeries, shops and bars of Schmidener Straße.
The Netto city is the closest supermarket with 300m, but within 10 minutes walk you can find Lidl, REWE, Penny and Aldi, all open from early to late.
This welcoming place is internationally orientated. We currently have a German, a Mexican, an Indian and a Dutchie living here. Everyone's English is very good. We all have our own activities during the week but like having a drink together on the weekends.
The room is close to the famous Kurpark, Mineralbad and the Rosensteinpark.
