Welcome to our cozy flat located in the heart of Degerloch, offering easy access to Stuttgart's city center and the University of Hohenheim. With just a 10-minute commute to the city center and a quick 17-minute journey to the university, convenience is at your doorstep. The house is located in front of the supermarket and also there are all the other shops around with walking distance.
Currently, we are a friendly group of four sharing this comfortable space, but two of our roommates will soon be departing. Hence, we are excited to welcome one or two new people to join our community.
The room available for rent, showcased in the provided picture, is currently our living room. But we want to rent this room and move the living room to another room. This room is spacious and bathed in natural light, perfect for creating your own cozy haven. It has also a little balcony. While it will be unfurnished, there is the option to get furniture from the current people living the house at reasonable rates is available.
The room can be taken by two people for either a couple or close friends seeking shared accommodation. We can provide official address registration. If two individuals opt to share the room, there will be a slight increase in the shared utility costs.
