My name is Shary Ramírez, I will leave my place a few weeks so my room is going to be empty. I am looking for someone responsible who needed a place to stay for this 3 weeks ( or less, You can contact me and check the dates)
I shared the flat with 6 other roommates (they are really nice and friendly), but maybe a few of them will leave too, so the place could be more empty.
The location is really good. From here you can walk less than 5 min and arrive at two Ubahn stations (Stöckach or Neckartor, we're in the middle of both), and 15 min to Stuttgart HBF. The park is crossing the street, and the supermarket is 3 blocks away. ( 1 u-Bahn station)
The building was renovated a few years ago, so everything is really good. I Have all the services included ( yes, internet too). The room is really comfortable and the kitchen is huge!!! We have 1 complete bathroom, 2, and 2 showers. So even when we are a lot, we never have problems to take showers or anything.
I am leaving soon but you can contact me and we can organize each other.
The prize is negotiable depending on the time you will stay here.
