Hello Everyone :)
Since my current Roomate Lisa is unfortunately moving out and me and Markus are looking for a new roommate.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, is an old building but the flat is renovated. Your room is about 14 square meters and is offically unfurnished, but Lisa is willing to sell some furniture of hers. The room has a large window, into the inside courtyard and no slopes and high ceilings (3 mts) typical of old buildings.
The entire apartment is 78 square meters and has a small balcony facing the inner courtyard. There is bicycle storage room and a separate cellar compartment. The flat, as you can see on the floor plan only has a kitchen as common area. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet, an equipped fitted kitchen and a pantry. So there is enough storage space. ;)
The location of the WG is great and you can actually get to the city center in a 8 minutes in Ubahn. The flat is located 2 blocks away from the Bihlplatz Station (3 min walk). Bihlplatz is 2 Ubahn stations away from Marienplatz where you can find supermarkets and good night life with some really nice bars and restaurants.
The location of the flat is basically just 5 min walk from nature. The immediate vicinity is super relaxing, but also open minded for party (brace yourself).
You are moving in with me (Erick, 27) ), a young architect professional from Mexico, and (Markus, 26). A bit about myself: Ive been living in Stuttgart Süd for over 2 years now (German still in process (not really)). I consider myself super social, so prepare yourself for having some Tequila and nice party! As well, everybody need their time alone and of course we all will have it and respect it.
And Markus, 26 years old and currently a Master‘s Student in Creative Communication & Brand Management. Beside that I work part time mostly in home office. In my spare time I do a lot of sport, like to cook and to spend time in nature. I am always down for some beers and like to do stuff like going on concerts and events. I appreciate living together in harmony and empathy for each another.
The shared flat is super relaxed and uncomplicated. With the current roomates we all get along very well and enjoy spending time together. So we quickly went from roommates to friends. If it comes up, I can cook some Tacos to celebrate you entry into the new flat ;)
There is also a cleaning plan that once every 3 weeks, you will have to help with cleaning in the common spaces and bathroom.
But well anyway, im looking forward of your message and having the time for meeting you. You are welcome to come to the flat and have a look or via zoom.
A room costs €480 per month warm – electricity, gas and internet are included. A 800 euro deposit is required. The only thing added at around €7 per person a month for the GEZ. Also because of inflation 5% the rent will change and add 20 euros more each year (details by message).
