Hello we are looking for a nice flatmate for sharing our new WG.
We are 4 people leaving here:
Giulia (28-italian), who is leaving;
Miquel (27-spanish), aerospatial engineer, he is doing his Phd in Uni Stuttgart
Giuseppe (24-italian), his doing is MSc in Economics at the Hohenheim University
Paola (25-italian), who will leave as well.
Unfortunately I (Giulia) am leaving starting from the 1 July so we are looking for a nice person to replace me.
The room for rent is 20 mq and the price is of 385 euro/monthly (electricity, gas, heating included) + 250euro for buying some furniture (shoes rack, two 100x100 mattresses of high quality from Concord, desk lamp and shelves in the closet) +about 10Euro internet/TV tax
Unfortunately for getting in the room is necessary to cross Giuseppe's room but this has never been a problem since both respected our privacy.
PUBLIC CONNECTIONS:
81 bus: in two stop you will be at Schwaben Galerie (10 min by foot), a mall with a lot of supermarket and other shops; in three stop you can take the U-bahn and in 5 stops you can take S1,S2,S3 (13 min from Stadtmitte).
There is a night bus (N1).
The campus is really close like 7 min by bike!
