Currently I occupy 2 out of 3 rooms in the flat. Bedroom (15 m2) and workroom (9 m2). As I am moving out, both rooms are available. It is possible to rent them both for 520€. Or separately for 300€ and 220€. Those wanting to rent both will have preference. All prices include the utility costs. Rooms are partly furnished.
The flat has two balconies and three basement storages. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Location is perfect - one minute to the bus stop, 4 minutes to the U-Bahn stop. Shops and bakery just around the corner. 15 min walk to the centre. Quiet surroundings.
You’ll be living with a friendly and mega quiet German guy who speaks perfect English and almost never cooks so you’ll have the kitchen for yourself. He spends a lot of time with his family out of town, so he’s barely visible.
