Hello there again!!
I'm passing on my room in a shared flat as from October on. Our flatshare will come to an end because one of the roommates is moving out, and we all decided to go! Because I am on a search for a new wg myself, you can also move in from 15th September until 30th of October. I decided to leave the room furnished until I move completely out.
The room costs 450€ including additional costsfor a 17 sqm-ish room in the heart of Schwabstraße, with an amazing view over the west.
The flat has a kitchen, bathroom, small entrance hall and a balcony. It is located maximum 5 minutes by foot from Swabstrasse S-Bahn Station, Rewe, Edeka, and other super close restaurants and stores (like drugstore, kyosk etc.).
If you need to stretch the legs, the flat is a short walk from Feuersee, Karlshöhe or other nearby green areas. Marienplatz is also super close with lots of bars and restaurants.
In October you'll be sharing the flat with Tim and Lorenz, two kind, nice German guys. Tim studied Mechanical Engineering, and Lorenz is studying M.A. in Chemistry. They're always happy to do something together like streaming, playing video-game, cooking, BBQ, going for a walk etc., but will also give you your alone time if you need it.
We'd prefer a girl to keep the balance, but all applications are welcome!
