30 Year old Male Australian looking for furnished room

Hallo! My name is Matt. I am 30 years old and originally from Australia. I have recently moved to Stuttgart and plan to make a living here in Germany. I am looking for a furnished room as I not yet have any furniture.
Also would like the apartment to have the following: Clean/neat, Internet, Wash Machine, Kitchen utensils and be less than 10 minutes walk from U-bahn or S-bahn.
I am currently enrolled in language school @ Stuttgart Mitte. Though I do not work at this time, I am seeking employment for part time work. However, I am able to pay rent and deposit in advanced if this is a concern for you.
I am open minded, well travelled and I believe easy to talk with. I always like to keep my area clean and would like the apartment I move to also be clean. Also if you wish to maybe improve your English skills, I am happy to help with this when I have time.
