The room is small but furnished affectionately .
Furniture: bed, wradrobe, sink, shelves, work desk.
Wifi is also usable for 2 € per month.
If storage space is required, I'll provide some.
If the renter doesn't want to keep the plants and water them,
I will give them to a roommate.
The dormitory is in a really attractive location:
- close to the center, beetween the north and west part of Tübingen
- quiet neighbourhood
Accessibility of various localities in Tübingen:
- Mensa Wilhelmstraße, 10 minutes by foot
- Morgenstelle, 4 minutes by bus
- historic district, 5-7 minutes by foot
- central station, 8 minutes by bus
- 3 bus stops reachable in less than 5 minutes by foot,
really gut bus connection
Shopping:
- Edeka, 3 minutes by foot
- Rewe, 10 minutes by foot, open until 12:00 pm
The dormitory in general:
- self-administered with social standards
- no fraternity, no political trends
- segmentation into floors with 12-15 residents
- washing machines in basement can be used by 50 ct per wash cycle
- private bar and party hall with billards, football table, dartboard etc.
- collaborative TV-room and quiet room for studying
- garden with a huge, wonderfull tree, big trampoline, fire place, pallets-swing, slackline and pond.
Our floor:
- colloborative kitchen, two showers and two toilets
- own space for groceries and in cleaned fridge in the kitchen
- about half of the resident are german speakers and all of them speak english
- very international and varied
Communicative people make friends quickly because of the house bar and many common activities and parties.
If someone needs help, he'll always find a kind roomate. If someone needs rest, he'll not get disturbed.
Only hired out on matriculated students.
Date of moving in and moving out is flexible.
