Hi there, wir sind (noch) eine bilinguale WG auf der Suche nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin! Tara zieht es zurück nach Frankreich und ich, Franzi, 28, bleibe zurück und werde die Quiches sehr vermissen! Jetzt sind wir auf der Suche nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin ab dem 1. September (früher Einzug nach Absprache möglich). Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib uns einfach!
We are looking for a new flatmate to take this very nice room in the center of Tübingen. The entrance date is 1st of September (August might also be possible).
Total rent: 300 euros/ per month + 50 internet and energy. There can be additional costs due to the current energy crises.
The room is in a 2 persons flat share composed of 2 rooms (including yours), 1 kitchen, 1 little common living room/ storage room, 1 separate toilet.
The flat is in the old center, in an old building. One of its most amusing features is that the shower is located in the kitchen. That's why this WG is only for women, because of the everyday life in the kitchen can be funny, especially in the morning if one person is having shower and the other one is cooking breakfast.
The room is about 12 square meters, it will be half furnished with a bed, mattress and closet. I am asking 250 euros for the furniture.
You will share the flat with Franzi, who is 28 years old and is studying Public Policy. She is keen on doing sports, artistic activities, getting out meeting people or having a drink. You are going to meet her in interview anyway! She is looking for someone who want to really share the WG life and who likes to have a talk, coffee (we are living above Hanseatica after all) or dinner from time to time. She is vegan, which is why she is looking for someone to move in who is also vegan or vegetarian.
Our flat is located in the center, so it has the advantage of being close to everything you need but it can be a little noisy at night.
We will answer to you all at once around the 15th of July.
