The room is 12 m2 with a window. Some stuff will remain but there is no bed available. The cost includes services.
The room has enough light and nice view to the front of the building
The flat is located oposite to Parkhaus Konig parkhaus, 1 minute away from the bus stop and 5 minutes away from the Markplatz, all by foot. There is an Edeka in Herrenberger Strasse 3 minutes away and Rewe around 10 minutes walking. The clinics is 15 minutes by foot or you can take the bus right in front of the flat.
The apartment has its own washing machine and a covered terrace. The living room is furnished with 2 couches and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and other essential appliances.
We have a flat balcony, which is around 12m2 and protected from the rain. You will be able to chill listening to the Ammer even if it rains.
Antonio is a researcher at the University of Tubingen doing his Phd on Biotechnology, and I am a Master student in Computational Neuroscience.
We like to cook and eat together from time to time or have a drink in the wonderful balcony. While not a party WG, we also enjoying having people over!
Since we are looking to find someone starting from the 1st of AUGUST, we would be happy to do flat viewings this or next week.
The first interviews are on Sunday 9th of July.
