Hello dear future roommate,
Since I am moving out in December 1st, we are now looking for a new flatmate for our 4-person flat share! A partially furnished room (10sqm) with access to a balcony is available for rent. The room is currently equipped with a sofa bed, shelf, desk and chair, which can be taken over free of charge.
To equip the flat share:
- Two large balconies, one to the east (directly at the room) and south (accessible via the living room). A third balcony (to the west) is only accessible via another room.
- Modern kitchen with two fridges + freezers, stove, oven, kettle, microwave. We have enough cuttlery, plates and glasses for everyone, but feel free to bring other supplies or electrical appliances
- A very large bathroom with tub, washing machine, and space to store your hygiene products.
- Common room with a dining table and chairs, 1 sofa and a fireplace.
- Hot iron + ironing board, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning utensils.
- There is plenty of space in front of the house for parking and behind there is a space for bicycles or a scooter.
As already mentioned, you have access from your room to the largest balcony, that you share with Harald.
Water, electricity consumption and internet are already included in the rent.
As Harald is the main tenant of the flat, you will make the renting contract directly with him, that is why the Handy number provided is his. Nevertheless, you can also send me a message via WhatsApp (Fábio, ----/-------.
All pictures show how the house is currently being used. There are some minor renovations happening in the living room (floor, almost finished) and kitchen (a dishwasher and maybe some new cabinets will be installed).
The house is beautifully situated on the outskirts of Pfrondorf. In less than a minute you are in the fields, from where you have a great view of the Neckar Valley and the Swabian Alb. In Pfrondorf you have access to bakeries, grocery shops, cafes, doctors, dentists and also a sports field.
Access to public transport is more than problem-free (stop for line 7 or line 1 not even 1 minute away, Mon - Fri every 15 minutes, Sat + Sun every 30 minutes). As a plus, there is a beautiful tree directly in front of the bus stop, along with the vl«alley, which you can marvel at while waiting for the bus :) From the Zollernstraße stop, you can take the bus to the Neue Aula in 10 minutes and to the main train station in 20 minutes.
You can also jog, ride a bike or just go for a walk here, as you are not only quick in the field, but also within 10 to 15 minutes on foot in the beautiful Schönbuch (with the hiking trail to Bebenhausen) and the adjacent orchards.
Since we are all busy with our studies / work, living in a shared apartment is a rather quiet affair. Nevertheless, everyone is always welcomed to sit down for a beer (or two ...) and chat about whatever pops up.
We are not a purely purpose-built flat share, which is why we would be very happy if you could sit with us and chat / drink a beer / coffee / apple juice (of course, no one is forced to do so).
As Harald, Michal and Peter have recently moved in, it´s a great opportunity to start a new flatshare life together!
So far Harald (50), Michal (41), Peter (22), and me (Fábio, 27) live here.
We are primarily looking for students, but also trainees or young working flat-share residents.
The room is limited to a maximum of 6 months, but there is a chance of extending the contract, upon consultation with Harald, the main tenant. Due to the existing bed, the room is also very suitable for subletting and for people who travel with "light luggage".
