We are searching for a new roommate to share a large 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment is well located – short walk to old town, next to several grocery stores and coffee shops -- and there is a balcony, a large terrace with a view, laundry machine, two bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower), a storage unit, a fully furnished kitchen, and a parking spot in the garage.
I have attached a floor plan of the apartment, with the bedrooms labeled. Currently, Zimmer 2 is available.
The above rent is equal to two-thirds of the total amount. The total rent is 2,390.29 euros (plus 174 for electricity and internet).
About me: I’m a postdoc in neuroscience at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics. I’ve lived in Germany for two years and plan to live here for at least one more. I’m from the US, originally from Rhode Island but more recently from California.
The other roommate is named Kevin. He also works at the Max Planck Institute for Neuroscience and comes from Canada.
