Hello dear potential subtenant,
I am moving out as I am graduating soon and I am looking for a tenant for my room in my beloved Kade dorm. The lease will be a sublend for August and September, but you can apply for keeping the room afterwards (it's rather easy).
The Kade is a very special dormitory with flair, lots of joint activities (cooking, karaoke...), an international cast and sometimes doctoral students well over 30. I had two brilliant, horizon-expanding years here!
The room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, two hanging shelves, a walk-in closet (!) and a sink with base cabinet an arm-chair and shoe cabinet. €20 per semester is charged for internet and kitchen use.
On the floor there are three showers and a kitchen with half a fridge (or even more) and a cupboard per person. We don't live here in long, dark corridors, but in beautifully light atria. My room is in the first floor and has a view to the front (thus is mainly bright).
The Kade has table tennis and table football, two TVs. Screen and beamer, a piano, 7 newspaper subscriptions, guest rooms, a bicycle cellar and a beautiful, rather wild garden. In addition, it is very central!! The Rewe and the bus station is a minute away by feet, while the city center is around 10 minutes away.
Our dormitory is self-managed and I would be very happy if someone moved in who would like to get involved.
