Hi there!
I am a Ph.D. student at the Universitätsklinikum and moved to Tuebingen a year ago. I am Iranian and have been living in this 2-people flatshare since March.
Since my current flatmate is leaving by February 5th, it is now time for me to find a new person to share the flat with (ideally long term). About the apartment, you will have your own private room and access to the balcony through the living room. The flat has a beautiful view to the Schwäbische Alb from the balcony :). The living room, kitchen, shower-room and toilet are to be shared. You will have to share the housekeeping duties of the flat (dusting, vacuuming, garbage disposal, etc.).
The flat is well located with two close bus stops: Horemer (3 min walk) and Sternwarte (5 min walk). A supermarket and a drugstore are also easy to reach (6 min walk). There is also a private outdoor parking space that can be used if needed.
I'm a friendly person who is particular about cleanliness and enjoys cooking. I really appreciate the quiet and relaxed atmosphere in the flat and will do my best to keep it like that. I speak English, Persian, and just started learning German.
