Weststadt-WG mit 24 qm Wohnzimmer sucht neue Mitbewohner:in

Wir wohnen in der letzten Häuserreihe der Weststadt. Hinter unserem Haus liegen schon die ersten Ammertalfelder und in den Wald ist es nicht weit. Zu Fuß erreichst du den Westbahnhof in unter 10 Minuten, bist mit dem Rad in gut 5 Minuten am Haagtor und hast mehrere Bushaltestellen in unter 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Auswahl.

We live in the last row of houses in Weststadt. Behind our house are the first Ammertal fields and the forest is close. You can walk to Westbahnhof station in under 10 minutes and cycle to Haagtor in just over 5 minutes. Additionally, there are several bus stops within a 5-minute walk.

Da Ende Februar die letzte weitere Mitbewohnerin der aktuellen WG Konstellation Tübingen verlassen wird, kommt die Situation beinahe einer Neugründung gleich.

Ab Februar wird Caro (28) das Zusammenleben bereichern. Sie arbeitet als Promovendin an einem Medienpsychologischen Institut. Ansonsten geht sie leidenschaftlich gerne wandern, singt und hört gerne zu.
Manuel (33) arbeitet ebenfalls als Psychologe und verbringt seine Freizeit am liebsten mit Freund:innen oder beim Sport, begeistert sich aber auch für künstlerisch / kulturelles in Form von Literatur, Musik und Film.

Wir wünschen uns für die neue WG-Konstellation ein freundschaftliches Zusammenleben, bei dem man sich nicht nur eine Wohnung teilt, sondern aus Überzeugung zusammen wohnt. Es wäre schön, wenn du auch Lust hast das Zusammenleben aktiv zu gestalten, sodass ein sicherer Raum mit offener Kommunikation und Interesse am Gegenüber entsteht, in dem sich alle Bewohner:innen heimelig fühlen.
Idealerweise bleiben trotz eines vollen Alltags auch Zeitfenster für Austausch und gemeinsame Aktivitäten sowie für Rückzug und Zeit für sich.

Bisher haben wir den Haushalt gemeinsam geführt und Ausgaben für den gemeinsamen Teil der Lebensmittel und Haushaltsdinge gemeinsam getragen. Die Hausarbeit teilten wir so unter uns auf, dass sie möglichst kompatibel mit unseren unterschiedlichen Alltagen war. Grundsätzlich dachten wir uns gegenseitig im Alltag mit. Wir wünschen uns, dass du diese Grundsätze teilst, wobei wir natürlich in der neuen Konstellation Vieles nochmal neu abstimmen können.

As the last other flatmate in the current shared flat constellation will be leaving Tübingen at the end of February, the WG will be completely recomposed.

From February, Caro (28) will live in the shared flat. She works as a doctoral student at a media psychology institute. She is passionate about hiking, singing and listening.
Manuel (33) also works as a psychologist and prefers to spend his free time with friends or doing sports, but is also enthusiastic about artistic / cultural things in the form of literature, music and film.

For the new flat share constellation, we are aiming at a nice atmosphere where you don't just share an apartment, but live together out of conviction.

It would be great if you would also like to actively shape the community life so that a safe space with open communication and interest in others is created in which all residents feel at home.
Ideally, despite a busy daily routine, we will have time for sharing and joint activities as well as for retreat and time for yourself.

Up to now, we have run the household together and shared the costs of food and household items. We divided the housework between us in such a way that it was as compatible as possible with our different daily routines. Basically, we thought of each other in everyday life. We would like you to share these principles, although we can of course readjust many things in the new constellation.

We are looking forward to your message and are curious who you are as a person.
