Hallo an alle Zimmersuchenden :)

Hello folks :)
the room has two windows and is (at the moment) pretty bright during the day. Even though the house is located near a street, it doesn't really matter due to the windows having great isolation. It's rather big, therefore there shouldn't be any problems placing your stuff. Altogether, the rent will be 353€, including the unfurbished room (warm), internet, electricity etc.
The location is basically perfect. In a distance of 1 minute by foot there is the big Rewe supermarket (as well as the Saturn electrical market) and an Edeka supermarket. For those wanting to buy cheaper food, you can take a bike and arrive in 5-6 minutes at the Aldi, which is another kind of supermarket. A pharmacy and a döner (typical german fastfood) are also just around the corner. Bus stops can be reached in either 2 minutes (Rappstraße) or 6 minutes by foot (Stadtgraben). Taking the bike, you arrive at the valley part of the university in 6 minutes, if you want to get to the natural sciences & medicine on the mountain you'd take the bus taking roughly 10 minutes. Lastly, the beautiful small river Ammer flows just fifty meters away, a perfect location for small walks or lying in the grass in summer.
The shared flat consists of Cornelius, 26, Emily, 25 and Johannes, 22. Corni is writing his master thesis in physics, loves to play computer games with friends, is interested in politics and occasionally plays tennis. Emily studies medicine in her seventh semester, is mostly busy but nevertheless always available for some smalltalk. Furthermore she does a lot of sport and cooks fascinating dishes from everyday life. Johannes, lastly, is a DJ, knows his way around Japan and the wide lands of Anime country, and studies German and History for a teaching profession. Unfortunately, we kind of became a shared flat with limited interaction in the last months, but it would be nice if that were to change, especially when the 4-people flat will soon change into a 5-people flat including a living room. In earlier times, we liked to meet up in the kitchen regularly and did some stuff together then. We aren't allowed to party loudly, but friends and a little bit of background music are always welcome. Finally, there is a cleaning roster, which we really try to uphold!
Apart from that we're pretty well-equipped. We have (apart from other things) e.g. a washing machine and a drier in the cellar, two fridges (including a freezer) and 250 Mbit/s internet in the flat.
'nuf said, we're looking forward to your applications! :)

PS: There is one more important thing: Our landlord will build two room onto the house from September 1st - October 15th (ultimately making us into a 5-people shared flat). That means, while the fifth room, a dishwasher and a living room will be added to the flat, you would have to move out for 2 weeks (probably Oct 1st - Oct 15th), and either find some place for yourself or the landlord would compensate you and i.e. pay for an Airbnb during that time. Either way, some kind of accomodation will be available. if there are problems we can talk to the landlord, he is really nice and understanding. Unfortunately, one of the windows in the room will also vanish during this rebuilding period, but we're actively talking to the landlord trying everything to enlarge the other window instead.
