Looking for a long-term rent starting 01.03.2018 (or could be earlier)

Nga Pham, Vietnamese female, 29 years old. I'm doing PhD at University of Tubingen. My study starts on 01.03.2018 so I'm hoping to come as early as 15.02.2018.
I'm an easy-going and friendly person. I have been living and studying in different countries and cultures so I'm quick to get along with people. Beside English, I can speak a bit of French and Turkish (basic greeting etc.), and have started learning German also. My hobby includes reading, listening to music, growing plants, cooking (real food and not quick meals) when I have time, sight-seeing, going to cinema in the weekend, etc. In the summer, if it is convenient, I would love to go to the swimming pool regularly.
I am hoping that I could find an accommodation for the entire duration of my study, until 31.12.2021, though anything lasted 3-6 months would be great also. If anyone have any offer, please send me an email with description of the room, the utilities, the final rent and possible deposit, and anything you might think of important.
