Hello All :)
My room is available from July 1st, 2018 at almost the heart of the Ulm City.. The room has a big window and conatins some furniture like bed, wardrobe, lamp, cupboard etc which most of it I will give away for free and some I will take a little money. If you don;t want the furniture then I can give it away to the other person and you can also just get the room :)
The house contains one kitchen with a small room for washing machine and dishwasher. In the bath is the WC and bathing tub. The room is very nice and cute with perfect heating conditions and enough space to make it super cosy and beautiful for living. :)
The room is situated just 4 mins walk from ehinger tor bus stop which is currently the hub bus station and you have buses to everywhere in the city from there :)
Walking to the Donau is just 10 mins which is at the back side of the home and there is some nice jogging tracks if you enjoy jogging or running..
The city center is also just 10 mins walking from the house making the house suitable for going to anywhere in the entire Ulm. :)
There are currently two more people living with me and they have their own rooms. The first one is currently working in a company in Laupheim and will be the Hauptmeterein (currently I am the one and give my legacy to her :D).. The other person is doing Medicine and since she has almost finished it so she will be moving out soon but not to worry as we found someone really nice who will take her room. The new flatmate is doing her PhD in ZSW..
We all three have an amazing chemistry together.. we cook together, have teas together and go out to eat and watch something together from time to time... The whole environment is very friendly and all your guests and friends are always welcomed :)
Also ones who are interested in the flat can join us for tea :) :)
I love living in this flat but as I am finishing my PhD, I will be moving to USA in June end and I would like to guve away my room to someone who loves to have nice flatmates and have room at a very good location :)
