The sunny and fully equipped rooftop apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and is located in the center of Villach, 2 minutes walking distance from the hospital and 12 minutes from the train station.
The apartment offers a small room, a big room and a separate kitchen. The toilet is separated from the bathroom which offers a spacious bathtube.
The apartment is perfectly for a couple as the small room could be used as a sleeping room and the big room as a living room.
If you are allone and looking for a flatsharing apartment we will support this too. In this case one tenant would take the small room and the other one the big one (pls look at the pictures where you can see that the small room can only be entered from the big room). In this case we would organize a second bed.
PRICE including furniture and fully equipped kitchen:
☆Flatsharing Price for 1 tenant (2 tenants implied): 450 Euro + electricity
☆Price for 2 ppl: 800 Euro + electricity

The first tenant will decide together with us about the second tenant. As long as we have only 1 tenant this person can enjoy the entire apartment for him/herself.
