Hello!
My name is Son and I am offering one or two rooms in a 2 room apartment in a quiet but central location in Villach.
As you can see on the pictures the flat is divided into 2 rooms, both are bright and calm. The room sizes are 22 sqm and 12 sqm.
Until September 2025 we can offer only the big room for rent. The small room will be kept by our family
as a storage place or for family guests.
This means that our future tenant will enjoy most of the time the entire apartment for him- or herself.
- 550 Euro for the big room for 1 person
- 650 Euro for the big room for 2 people
THE INTERIOR - CURRENTLY
The big room offers a huge bed (245*200), a vintage couch (not here yet), a table with 2 chairs and a very practicable cabinet installation. The small room offers a very comfortable 140"200 bed and a wardrobe.
Further you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable couch OR a seating area with plenty of sunshine (we will exchange the couch you see on the pictures with a dining table).
The bathroom and the winter garden/loggia completes the apartment.
If needed, there's also a private parking place.
Heating system: wood stove + infrared panels + underfloor heating in the bathroom. We love the warmth and the atmosphere of our tiled stove but it also means that it needs someone who knows how to use it. No worries, we will teach how to handle it :).
Fully equipped: we will equip the apartment in a way that you will not need to buy any furniture or basic kitchenware.
Finances: Deposit (3 rents) + 1st month rent have to be paid at the latest on the day of moving in.

INFRASTRUCTUR & LOCATION
Our house as well as the neighborhood is a quiet one. People are very respectful towards each other.
The apartment is located close to the city center (15-20 min walk) and close to a beautiful recreation area with a natural hot spring. The perfect location for someone who enjoys a peaceful neighborhood close to the city center, combined with many options for practicing outdoor sport.
From the train station it takes you ard 5 min by car and about 25 min by foot to reach our home. You can also use one of the public bus lines (10min, 2.8 Euro) or a taxi (3min, 10 Euro).
Our home is located close to a forest, an idyllic running and biking spot, which leads you to the close by KÄRNTEN THERME, a huge indoor thermal spa, as well as to the THERMAL URQUELLE, a pool built directly above a thermal spring.

Both swimming spots you can reach in 5 minutes by bike.
For grocery shopping you'll find a SPAR in 350m distance. Much more shopping possibilities you can find at the biggest shopping mall in Villach, THE ATRIO, which you can reach in ard 5-8 minutes by bike.
If asked in advance I'm happy to borrow you my bicycle which is the perfect transportation to wherever you wanna go in and around Villach!
I am a Yogateacher, Economist, World Traveler and grateful mum since August 2021 :). I am living with my baby girl Mila and her dad in this apartment. In June or July 2024 we plan to move into a bigger apartment close to the current one. Until then we can offer the small room for rent. After our moving out we will rent the big room too.
A bit abour our family:
I bought this apartment in August 2020 and renovated it completely. After living and working in Vienna for over 20 years I decided to move back to my hometwon Villach. One of the best decisions in my life :) !
I would describe our family as very open minded, highly respectful to others and very close to nature. We love sport and all kind of outdoor activities.
My partner and I were traevelling a lot before we became parents, that is why we enjoy offering a home for foreigners and help them to settle.
We are looking for tenants who appreciate an orderly and clean home as well as a respectful and mindful flat sharing atmosphere.
Our family likes to SHARE especially when we have enough to eat :).
