this room is only for a woman with Covid booster vaccination.
I offer a sunny, completely and nice furnished room in the center of Wannweil, but in the middle of a big garden. So it's a really nice and quiet place. You will have fast Wlan (50 Mbit/s), a Smart-TV for Netflix etc, a small desk, book shelves, good storage possibilities etc.
The whole flat is about 80 qm and offers a fully equipped kitchen and a big bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. You will have enough place to store your cosmetics and belongings.
WC is in separate room. In the garden behind the house there is a nice barbeque place, A washing machine in the basement with lines to dry your clothes can be used, too. If you like, you couls help me in my garden ...
Wannweil is close to Reutlingen (5 kms) and Tübingen (10 kms), and easy to reach by bus or train (8 minutes walk to Wannweil station) or by bike. It is surrounded by the rolling green hills of the Schwäbische Alb.
Wannweil offers everything you need: a good Edeka store, a special little store for assorted fruits and vegetables, 2 pizzerias, 2 x fast food shops, a pharmacy, several doctors and dentists, public library, swimming hall...
From the little balcony you can observe the very interesting social behavior of our neighbours' hens ... (no cock as alarm-clock in the morning)
Everything is included, you could even get sheets and towels to minimise your travel luggage.
I am an open-minded elderly woman who has travelled a lot as a freelance travel writer. We can cook and eat together sometimes, but there are no musts at all. The only thing is that Covid-vaccination is necessary, that I don't accept smoking in the whole flat and that I am looking for a quiet and nice person with good sense of humour. I speak english and french and - as a writer- I could help you to improve your german. But only if you like that.
