In our Wg a room will be free from 26th February to 29th March and we are looking for a new person as roommate:in for interim rent.
The room is 18sqm and has by the windows to the east and south quasi always sun. Plus, we live on the third, so you have a terrific view of the old town. It is furnished with a bed, big desk, big plants etc. So everything you can see in the pictures. The kitchen is not big but enough for 4 people and extra cozy for that in winter. We also have a large refrigerator and dishwasher. The bathroom is at the end of the L-shaped long hallway and is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine. There is also space in the hallway to still put things down if needed.
In total it would be 335€ warm rent, so everything included.
Unsere WG liegt die Straße runter beim Goetheplatz (wo auch alle Stadtbusse fahren), also direkt in der Altstadt. Damit sind wir nur 2min vom Zentrum Weimars entfernt. Und die Unigebäude, der Bahnhof und alle Parks in 5min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, zu Fuß sind das etwa 10/15 min. Das Selbe gilt für Supermärkte und Drogerien.
Marlene, who actually lives in this room, is studying VK and goes to beautiful Seoul with Erasmus. That's why Marlene's room becomes free again, which you could move into. :)
You will live with 3 other people.
Amna moved in last year, is originally from Pakistan and studied her Bachelor in Prague before. She started her Master's at Bauhaus University in Media Art and Design in the last year, so she's also relatively well known to Weimar. She s the mom of us like actually our mother :)
Henning is originally from Hamburg and is in his 6th semester studying Architecture. Although he is the ambassoder of mensa, he sometimes like to cook for eveyone. He makes a pretty good Carbonara.
In the 4th room lives Leonie, who has been studying urban studies in Weimar since last year. Leonie originally comes from Regensburg, where she also did her bachelor's degree in architecture. She can cook super well, including cozy soups, and she also has 4 snails, who are named Gary, Kiki, Schnelli and the last one doesn't have a name.
So far, life in the flat has been very harmonious and relaxed. I have felt very comfortable in the 2 years that I live here in this Wg. It was always times, especially in winter, cooked or baked together or drank a coffee or beer together. I actually feel like they are my family here in Weimar, so you will feel warmly welcomed. Also, sometimes we went to a bar together, to the Christmas market, or partied together. Nevertheless, each person has their own rhythm and you can withdraw how and when you want :)

Zu unserer Wohnung gehört noch ein separater Raum, den wir als Abstellraum nutzen und liebevoll „Das Kabuff“ nennen. Dort kann auch geraucht werden. Unrenoviert wie der ist, kann man mit dem aber jegliches anfangen. Im Eingangsbereich im Erdgeschosses unseres Hauses könntest du dein Fahrrad geschützt abstellen. Und im Keller wäre noch Platz für sonstiges.
