Energy efficient building with roof top solar panels. Central (floor) heating and hot water. Quiet area. Please, briefly mention where you work or study, your commute time to/from the apartment, and confirm you're understanding the purpose of WG-living. The lowest price that is listed below is for a person who is experiencing an unexpected difficult situation that happened to them against their will and under non-conditional circumstances (e.g. refugees of war, jobless, etc.). Employed people and students would of course have to pay the rent in full: current Warm rent is 600. Kaution is 3 months cold rent, installments possible. A table/desk, chairs, blanket, bed linen, a spacious sleeping place 2×2m, a smart-TV with conventional connection to cable television and radio as well as to internet with Youtube and other smart-stuff, and remote-controlled ceiling lightning with dim function and warm/cold color adjustment are available for you right away for a successful working, studying, and living a full life at a safe space of your private room within a spacious apartment.
Werder Hbf is reachable by foot in 2 minutes (200 m). Ideal for PU students/employees. Time for commuting apartment Door-to-Platform of a Hbf: Park Sanssouci 9 minutes, Potsdam 13 mins, Berlin 44 mins. The famous Insel Werder is reachable by a bus in just 8 minutes or by foot in 30 minutes.
I am looking for a like-minded person. Someone who has a pro-active mind set and prefer actions over empty words and lengthy discussions. Who does not have a cleaning schedule and cleans before it dirt can built up into something visible. So all flatmates can always enjoy the cleanliness of the apartment and their habitat.

My schedule is a very early bird one. We can always discuss and adjust morning routines so nobody is affected neither has to wait in a lonely queue to the bathroom. Hopefully, communication and openness would become the keys to a successful and calm co-living in a beautiful city of flowers Werder on the Havel. Please, do not ask for a visit in your first message — it will be a "No" answer immediately. A visit would only be possible at a later stage of our communication. I would not have time for living and working if agreed on a visit from everybody who sends an inquiry so please accept it with understanding. Unless of course all necessary documents are provided by you in your first message upfront. However it would make me doubtful if those belong to the person who sends them to a complete stranger via internet.
