How do you like the view? From now on you can have it every day, because the pictures are taken from the desk. The room is big enough end freshly painted.
The house is a doctor house, that means after opening times, you can do as you please. Many a time, that turned out as a big plus.
The room will be handed over furnished. That means you can come almost naked. The furniture is in a very good condition. The price for it will range somewhere between 420 and 450€, depending on the quickest agreement. It includes a big bed 1,40m x 2m, desk, a small cabinet and a 2,25 x 2m wardrobe as the pictures show. If you´d like to have more details about it, please let me know and I´ll send you a link.
It´s an international flat share your flat mates are from Ukraine and France and study here at HS-Harz. Of course, they both speak German. If you should have a car you can park it directly in front of the house.
If you intend to catch the bus to HS-Harz or anywhere else, the station isn´t even a minute away, just like the next shopping possibility. After only a minute walk you´re right in the middle of the city, which is pretty handy since all year long are plenty of events here.
But also if you enjoy nature this gonna be your place. The park and the castle are only a short walk away.
