I'm offering my well-furnished king size room in the heart of Vienna City and next to the famous AUGARTEN PARK !

The room is huge (26 sq meter/285 sq foot), well furnished (including a king size sleeping area), has fast Internet access (WiFi) and 2 big windows for plenty of sunlight.

The apartment's architecture is based on a typical Viennese “Altbau”, means that it was built around 1900, with a parquet floor, gulling doors and a ceiling height of about 3,8m/12,4 foot. It is diveded into 2 completely furnitured rooms which are of the same size. The new bathroom (total renovation in 2017) offers a relaxing bathtub as well as a washing machine, which you can use. As we love cooking you will also find everything you need in our Red Kitchen as well as a golden XXL vintage refrigerator with plenty of space.

Reasons why I rent my room: After graduating I dedicated my life to travelling and volunteering for social projects. At this time I decided to share my home with others, so I was able to keep it + help others while being away.

Recently I became a mother and startet a new life in the south of Austria. Despite of that I still want to keep my beloved Augarten apartment. So I decided that for the next 2 years and maybe longer I'm looking for a financially stabled tenant who appreciates a simple but warm and cozy atmosphere in a great location ... AND who's willing to water my plant every 10 days :-)!

Kindly accept that I can only offer my home to someone reliable who is willing to take good care of my belongings and who is used to an orderly and (average) clean style of living.

Deposit: 2-3 monthly rents.
