Hey! Because my flatmates are leaving Vienna, I (Pinar, health caregiver; biologist, carpenter in training) am looking for a nice, friendly, easygoing flatmate (m/f, 20-35). For me it's important to have a cozy "home sweet home" atmosphere, to find the common areas as we left and to have people around who would enjoy hanging out, joining cooking, eating, drinking once in a while.
I have a very friendly and calm mid-size dog, Lady. She sleeps and remains in my room and she is not allowed to go to your room unless you invite her :)
I'm also looking for a second roommate, so it will be a whole new crew! Other room is smaller, cheaper and ideal for students, commuters or minimalists :)

The typical Viennese “Altbau” building has an elevator leading up to our first floor apartment. It has high ceiling, big windows and wooden parquet floor.
We have a big hallway, a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a big bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a separate toilet. I have a digital piano Yamaha P45, pianists and amateur piano players are most welcome to practice :)
Your 26m2 separately accessible room has a window to a quiet inner yard and has absolute no street noise. Room comes with the bed and mattress, table, shelf, couch, clothes rack, curtains and a stand lamp.
The apartment is in the 3rd district (Landstraße) in the middle of Vienna right around the corner of Schloss Belvedere and the brand new main train station Hauptbahnhof. The connection to public transport is ideal with tram lines O, 18 (right in front) 71, D (6 minutes' walk), subway U1 station Hauptbahnhof (3 minutes by tram) S-Bahn stations Quartier Belvedere and Rennweg (8 minutes’ walk), bus lines 13A and 69A (3 minutes by tram).
So you just need 20 min. to UN., 20 min. to Hauptuni, 15 min. to Oper, TU or Landstraße, 5 min to St. Marx Biocenter, 30 min. to WU, 5 min. to the international train station, 20 min. to Erdberg international bus station and 30 min to the airport.
Everything you need on daily bases such as grocery stores (Billa, Hofer, Penny) is a couple of meters down the street. Bipa, DM, a pharmacy and tobacco store are just around the corner. Two Spars (06:00-23:00) are just ten minutes away, which are also open on Sundays.
The best part, if you want to go for a run, relax in the green or have a picnic, you just have to cross the street and find yourself in the big parks Schweizergarten and beautiful gardens of Belvedere! There is also a Fitness Studio in Rennweg, in 8 min. walk and Fitinn in Landstrasse, 15 min. by tram.
The rent is 500€ inc. gas, electricity and internet. The deposit is 900€.
