Big bright room in a spacious Altbau apartment with beautiful hardwood floors and high ceilings. The room is unfurnished.
Right next your room is a very handy storage room for everyone to use.
The heart of the apartment is our very spacious living room/kitchen. We have a fully furnished kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Of course there is a washing machine as well.
The toilet has a small window and is separate from the bathroom where there is a bathtub.
The rent is 454,51€
On top of that there will be costs for internet (10,10€) and electricity and gas bills (120€)
If you move in there is a fee ('Ablöse') for common stuff, such as the washing machine, vacuum cleaner, kitchen tools of 150€.
The moving in date can be discussed, it ist possible asap but we are flexible on that.
The apartment is super centrally located with easy access to a lot of grocery stores, pharmacies and everything else you need for your daily life.
The location is very convenient, there is the U1 metro and the 13A bus in 2 min walking distance. If you wanna use your bike you can get everywhere quite quickly!
The central station is 10 min walking distance from the apartment, where you can take long and short distance trains and have a very good connection to the airport.
The grocery shops there are open on Sunday as well.
There is a lovely little park around the block and a bigger one right next to Hauptbahnhof.

We are an artist's WG working in different fields:
Maja (she/her) 35 is a freelancing dance and circus artist from Austria, using her room as training space and as well as a hangout space for the roomies.
Onur (he/him) 31 is queer film maker from Cyprus. He lived in Istanbul for a long time and moved here a year ago, bringing his cooking skills to Vienna (Currently even works in a pizzeria)
Mars (they/them) 28 is a queer antizionist Jew for Palestine. Cultural worker who recently finished their master's in gender studies. They speak 4 languages and are trying to add a 5th one, but german is proving to be difficult.
Sometimes we have a cute doggie staying with us.
We love hanging out together. We love brunches and especially cooking it together, mostly vegetarian or vegan.
We are not a party WG, but we do love to have friends over for dinner and other occasions.
We like to keep the common areas quite tidy.
We are open minded, queer friendly and feminist!!!
