We have a free room in our cozy 3er WG from the 31st of March on!
Room:
The room is quiet in excellent location, 3 minutes to the U1 Vienna Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) / Südtiroler Platz. The room is also furnished with everything. The monthly rent is 500 euros all included (+11 euros for the internet).
According to your preference, some of the furniture on the picture could stay at the room or not!

-relatively spacious kitchen with lots of storage, no dishwasher

-5,6 m² wide street-sided balcony for smokers, which will offer you lots of sun during the first half of the day

-Well-kept, quiet apartment
-Internet: Magenta cable , 75 mb/s downspeed.The ISP contract runs on my name. We'd split the cost (€11 each)

The apartment is about 3 minutes from the Südtiroler Platz / Hauptbahnhof U1 station and within 10 minutes from the main train station, so ideal connections.
After 3 minutes of walking, Karlsplatz is only 2 stops away, and Stephansplatz is 3 stops away!
Also the bus line 13A, tram 18, O and D, as well as S-Bahn and long-distance bus station.
15 minutes from Hauptbahnhof to the Airport.
Central but quiet location.
All local suppliers on the shopping street (Favoritenstraße) can be reached in foot in 3-5 minutes: Billa, Hofer, another Billa, pharmacy, Humana, caf
Many stores are available in Hauptbahnhof (Interspar, Billa Plus, Erste Bank, Bipa, Müller, McDonald's etc.) within 10 minutes.
The neighbourhood is also great. By 8 minutes of walking, you can reach to the Belvedere Palace and Museum!

About the Wg life: This is not a party WG. We both need much time for our own life affairs. It's important for us to respect each other's boundaries but also be relaxed and friendly about it and easy to communicate. So a peaceful, quiet, and relaxed atmosphere with hygien is really important to us!
You can just pack your stuff and move in directly, as the room is furnished.
Cancellation of the contract is possible with a cancellation period of 2 months.
