The room is available from March 1th. The room has 16sqm, is super bright and cozy with the king size bunk bed and a comfortable sofa to relax. All the furniture will stay in the room (we can discuss the price).
The apartment is quite big and bright. There is a big bathroom with two toilets(one in the bathroom and one seperate one). We have a cozy kitchen that has everything that you need to make a nice dinner:-). You would be sharing the flat with four of my flatemates (all super nice-Long and Flo are working full time so you would see them in the evening0 and Laura is doing her bachelors in Biology).There is also a small living room with amazing sunlight so its perfect for reading or just sipping some wine and have a cozy afternoon.
The location of the apartment is great. You can walk to Maria-Hilfer-Straße in 10 minutes and Naschmarkt can be easily reachable in 15min. The u4 Margaretengurtel as well as the trams 18 and 6 are right in front of the front door and the u6 Gumpendorferstraße(many bars cafes, restaurants) can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. There are plently of supermarket option within the walking distance (Billa literally in front of the house:-)).
