EDIT: The white desk on the last two pictures (and on some examples of the room layouts) can be left for you in the room for free. It has a lot of storage space because it is deep, so it helps to keep things organised in smaller spaces. The handlers will be put back if you want them (they are visible in one of the pictures from old times).

Your room is the smallest in the apartment (approx. 12 m2), and we have all lived in it before (you can see the different styles in the pictures). It is quiet, and our favourite feature was the privacy that comes with it, since it's the most separated from the rest of the living space. It is not the brightest but it has high ceilings. It will be unfurnished when you move in.
About the apartment:
We are lucky enough to have quite a large living room, which is not often the case in Vienna, and we are proud of our bookshelf. There is a spacious kitchen, separated toilet and bathroom with bathtub. The is a lift in the building, the windows in the living room face towards the courtyard with trees, so nicely quiet. The living room is the room in which we sometimes but rarely smoke. If you are a frequent smoker, we'd ask you to smoke in your room. We have a space in the Keller, obviously humid but we do store quite some things in there. There is also a room for bikes, and a very lucky free small fitness room.
At the moment we are taking care of two cats. We are not sure how long they may stay, but if you dislike them this is not the place for you. A few of the things you now see in the living room or kitchen are leaving with our flatmate, including our beloved espresso machine, so if you have one that's points for you. Same for the lava lamp 💔

Regarding the rent: "Kaltmiete" includes the rent plus ORF fee (mandatory public broadcasting fee), and in "Nebenkosten" electricity, gas, internet and insurance are included. The prices can change over the months, but we can show you all the paperwork.
This is easy, we have everything. For supermarkets there is Hofer, Spar Gourmet, Interspar, couple of Billas and DM and Bipa close. There is a beautiful park two blocks from us. In Wiedner Haupstrasse you have 3 different lines of tram that bring you to the inner city (although there is construction works until November). There is also the 13a close to us, and the U1 is about 10 minutes by foot. This would be Südtiroler Platz - Hauptbahnhof, which also is the main train station and has one of the few supermarkets that opens on Sundays. It's a quiet neighbourhood.
We are Liam (27), an informatics student from South Africa, and Kathi (25), a medical student from Austria. We like to have our privacy when doors are shut, but we are good friends and enjoy hanging out in the living room together, having dinners or watching movies. We occasionally have friends over, but we are not big in home parties.
Regarding cleaning, we strive to make cleaning of all rooms at least once a month. When we do this, we divide the rooms between us. It is important to us that we keep the shared spaces like kitchen, living room tables etc in order, for the others.
