The room is available from the 3rd of June. It has 16sqm, is bright and cozy with the king size bunk bed and a comfortable small sofa. All the furniture will stay in the room.
The apartment is big and spacious. There is a bathroom with two toilets (one in the bathroom and one seperate one). Our kitchen has everything that you need to cook (oven, microwave, stove, etc).
You would be sharing the flat with four of my flatmates (Long and Flo are working full time so you would see them in the evening and Laura is doing her bachelors in Biology). Really nice people - easy going, flexible and always up for a small chat. There is also a small living room in between your room and the kitchen a sofa.
The location of the apartment is PERFECT. You can walk to Maria-Hilfer-Straße in 10 minutes and Naschmarkt can be easily reachable in 15min. The U4 Margaretengurtel as well as the trams 18 and 6 are right in front of the front door and the U6 Gumpendorferstraße (many bars cafes, restaurants) can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. There are plently of supermarket option within the walking distance (Billa literally in front of the house).

We are a flatshare, where everyone lives quite private lives, but we get along well and communication is good, everything is always negotiable and we take good care of the apartment together. <3
