I leave my beautiful room for one month and look for somebody to take it over. I will be gone from the 15th of July to 20th of August, but we can always discuss the dates. The room is light and cozy. The rent is 368 eur/month (everything is included: running costs, electricity, warm water, heating, house insurance, Internet). The furniture includes: desk and a bed.
The flat consists of a corridor, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin and bathtub, a separate WC, a huge living room with a movie projector and 5 rooms.

Das Zimmer ist hell und gemütlich. Die Miete beträgt 368 EUR pro Monat (alles inklusive: Betriebskosten, Strom, Warmwasser, Heizung, Haushaltsversicherung, Internet).
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Vorraum, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, separatem WC, einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer/Gemeinschaftsraum und 5 getrennt begehbaren Zimmern.
Lage:
The location is great: the flat is very central and has very good transport connections. It is situated just next to the U4 Kettenbrückengasse subway station. Its windows overlook Naschmarkt. And you can see the MAJOLIKAHAUS FROM OTTO WGNER OUT THE WINDOW. The city center and the Karlsplatz subway station (U1, U2, U4) are just a 10 minutes walk away. There're many cafes, supermarkets and shops around.

Die Lage ist wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und hat sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Sie befindet sich direkt an der U-Bahn Station U4 Kettenbrückengasse. Die Fenster schauen in den Naschmarkt; das Stadtzentrum und die Station Karlsplatz ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Cafes, Supermärkte und Geschäfte.

Oskar from Berlin, studies environmental engineering, currently the youngest, but that becomes irrrelevent as soon as you start talking to him about basically anything. Serious conversations spiced up with very well timed jokes, some wine, carbonara...
Flo, also from Germany, near Hamburg, the creative of the flat, working as a graphic designer at an agency. Usually busy with work, fooling around, preparing some nice food or lost in a deep conversation.
Matti from Hanover, the latest member of the crew, joined in April and has already fully integrated the WG-life. He just started his Master in Architecture. He is always down to do some activities both indoors and outdoors and has some great cooking skills.
All in all, you'd be moving into a nice and spacious flat with warm-hearted, fine people where you'll always find someone you can turn to, let it be hobby or something on your mind to share.
The atmosphere in our flatshare is usually quiet, cozy, and relaxed. Although we all have our own busy life, we like to spend some time together, sharing thoughts, drinking, cooking or eating.
